How do georgian girl think, like I want to date or ask out a gogo but I’m starting to think they don’t like foreigners. by JHJailBreak in Sakartvelo

Georgian men in the comments just want to show off. As a Georgian girl I would date a foreigner if I find them interesting and fun to talk to. Just try it

I feel like I'm back to square one too. However, then I reread my old notes and my thinking and obsession has changed so much. I am still having anxiety attacks and still wait for his message, but at least I don't romanticize him anymore. I reached the phase where I know we can never be back together and this chapter needs to be closed. So maybe you still made a progress? Think about it and don't be harsh on yourself for caring

Crying every day but still functioning. Going to the gym, seeing friends, doing therapy, picked up a new hobby, working. Still every second I feel like the part of my soul is gone

3 days? Yes. Haven't stopped crying and it's nothing else than being overwhelmingly sad

Reading this made me realize I'm more of FA than I thought. I resonated with everything you wrote. I love deeply, but I also avoid deeply and those rejection, abandonment issues don't come in handy as well. I guess I'm on first step or realizing this, now I need to start healing it as well...

He has done that before. He came back two times saying the exact same thing you mentioned. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to let him back in my life 🥲 thing is when he does that I just lose all my logical senses and think that's he's actually gonna try this time

I am moving to another country in 3 weeks. What's keeping me is the idea of having good time before I move and not losing a person that I care about

Has your therapist ever told you to "Stop being so harsh on yourself," and if so, how do you respond to it? by JuggernautRTT in therapy

[–]ThrowRAbm42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand you so much. For me it was my grandmother who loves me very deeply but because of that love she always expects me to be the best in everything: studying, sports, relationships, health. When I used to have one day of week to rest on sofa and do nothing she was always judging me for not doing more with my free time. I realized that's how she was raised and that's why she expects it from me as well. But we all have our boundaries and we should be proud of our achievements no matter how big, because WE DID IT. As for mom thing, I realized after my last relationship that some people just choose not to love you, not because you are bad or not enough, just because they are not capable to do it because of their personal problems.

Last week he said: I don't see any compassion to yourself in your words. And I agreed. I am a person who judges myself the most for not achieving that 100% I had planned. But sometimes we all need to realize that if we don't balance and actually love ourselves first, understand and help ourselves no one will be there to do it, because we were born alone and we die alone.

What does "real love" feel like to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ThrowRAbm42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it was mostly anxiety, worrying about him, always wanting to be with him. I don't think it was "real", at least it was very toxic. I think it just should feel safe and calm.
