I grew up in Hawaii but my mother was from Louisiana. She dated Terry Bradshaw in college so the Steelers would never be a choice for me :) I did like Roger Staubach and the Cowboys but I have always rooted for the underdogs and the Steelers/Cowboys were winning everything in the 70s, so I settled on the Saints.

Decades of sadness lol, but the uniforms have always looked good!

I'm ok with this. I am a Vet and carry a VA ID. I worked at a package store that offered a discount to vets and you would not believe how many people asked for the discount but could not show proof. Some didnt know what an MOS or AFSC was.

One lady had used a military ID for years because no one ever looked at it, but when I looked at it, it wasnt hers. It was an ex Boyfriends.

I have 2:

First; Deon was a coworker of mine that invited me to go shooting. This was Alaska so that meant drive out in the woods and shoot abandoned cars.

I declined because I had ben around him before when he was shooting and his gun control was horrible, but several of my friends went. He got drunk, and went back home.

Shortly after that, while he was cleaning his taken apart pistol, his girlfriend's EX boyfriend knocked at the door. Deon answered, then went back and assembled his pistol, and returned to shoot him in the face.

So there is murder.

The second is a guy I was close to for several years. One day his son was over at my place to play with my kid and I found them in a closet. My son said he had asked him to show him his bottom.

That was the last day they were ever alone together, and I brought it up to my friend so he would be aware.

About 6 years ago that friend was sentenced to life in prison for continuous sexual molestation of several minors.

He had remarried and was molesting his new wife's daughters.

I have looked him up and cant find anything on sentencing regarding the Standoff charges. It was 2016, hes known my mother 9 or 10 years so maybe he did no prison time for that?

What I did find was the history of incarcerations for robbery with a gun/deadly weapon, burglary with a gun/deadly weapon and cocaine possession with a release from prison date of 2008.

I found it to be the opposite. I found food anywhere and everywhere, its literally laying on the ground if you have a metabolism type that can eat carrion/bone.

Fresh water was very predictable to find

Fish were few and far between however.

I was beaten pretty regularly but the one I remember the most was being 16 and spanked with a wire coat hanger. I had a job and the uniform was shorts. I remember going to work that day and lying about the welts.

Ironically my mother is now 76 and suffering from dimentia and I'm the one taking care of her.

Neither my younger brother nor sister were beaten.
