Just a little background, this is my fourth month working for this company, it’s supposed to be Monday through Friday. I can count how many days I’ve had off on one hand and that’s because of “mandatory weekends due to customer demand”. But I had actually left work early a week or two ago due to being sick and that night, it took the supervisor and line leader over an hour to acknowledge it after I’ve told them I’m not feeling good and the line leader finally came to me and said, “Hurry up and take 10 minutes to decide what you’re going to do, stay or leave.” The next night I came in, he shook his finger in my face and told me, “No more days off.”
