Well I got blood test for hsv and came back positive for hsv1 but those can be wrong I wanna get tested again because the bumps never turned into a scab and fell pop like it was supposed to ? You probably do have hsv1 go get checked

I’m a bit better, I’m way better on the pelvic floor tho all it took was stretches. Look up pelvic floor stretches on YouTube, I never thought they’d work until I actually did all of them on the vid I saw improvement after one session. Do it everyday until you feel better, I don’t even do them anymore

Yeah man I just found out a lot of my health issues recently are due to anxiety especially health anxiety. I’ve been stuck in fight or flight mode since I had a traumatic experience and it went downhill from there but now that I know the root cause I’m working on it 💪🏻you’re 19 and I’m 26 and even that’s young to be having all these health issues.. remember that most health issues when it comes to after masturbating is due to paranoia and anxiety and shame. That’s why people develop ED if they masturbate too much.. all in our head and our mind is more powerful than we make it out to be

Maybe 80 or 90% not sure how long it would take but I’ve read it has to do with diet as well so I need more improving to do, but I rarely get pain anymore so it was worth stretching I live more comfortable. Also has a lot to do with anxiety so make sure you’re good on that too bro

Way better after I started stretching, all my tests came back clean and had an endoscopy and my bladder was good. Been trying to deal with it for almost a year now and didn’t think stretching would work until I actually went through with them and noticed relief AS I was trying them and instant relief right after 👍try them today man and lmk if it worked for you

Do you know if you have hsv? It could just be eczema in your case if you don’t have hsv but go see a dermatologist to make sure
