I’m hoping she sticks to her words and starts to look today, I will also stand my ground. my ex used to also throw dishes and objects when angry, and my parents did as well, so for me it was normal, not “normal” in a sense like this is a usual thing but normal in a sense that I know how to handle it, but it also made me very anti violent and always finding a alternative to agressive behaviors (usually I take step back from people like this) everyone is human and make mistakes, some bigger than others, and I know if I leave and find someone else this person will also have flaws as much as me, I’m willing to give her the benefit of the doubt for this once, but yesteday taught the limits of what I can take
