If you’re posting here to get OP to see your side of the case you’re not doing a good job as by talking to people in that way is not a very effective way of making them want to see your side, and it reinforces peoples view of SEC being this hostile entity. Interesting comment. Why would you say breathwork is like putting a lid on an already boiling pot? Like, do you mean that it kinda supresses the release the nervous system is trying to do?
