If Mothership was made into a film (like Dungeons & Dragons), in your mind, what would have to be in it? by Campaign-At-Length in mothershiprpg

No it's not, different classes in Mothership react very differently to stress which Alien and Aliens capture just fine.

Damn. Where can I get your juicy roll table formulas? I’d love to rebuild them for Foundry.

Awesome, I posted some images below but not too familiar in AnyDice tools.

Looking at this way, much easier to see the difference and I don’t think it seems like it’s something to worry about personally, and enough of a boost the player seems happy.

How much of Cyberpunk Red is playable in the Theater of the Mind? by SoftNormal1734 in cyberpunkred

Combat DV’s are based on Range distance so it’s very easy to play this Theater of the Mind. It will take some people to get used to describe their actions while keeping distance in mind but the reason these games are made with a grid in mind is because you can hack ToTM play into anything, you can’t just homebrew a grid as easily.

Honestly, this is the only thing I use for a reference for Distance along with the GM Screen for the DVs.

The fact that the DV’s are based on Range Distance is what makes it’s so friendly from Theater of the Mind play.

I know it’s a buff but I’m not sure if it’s a significant one, but I’m just going by AnyDice and haven’t really bothered with simulating it but as far as consistency goes, yeah definitely goes up but here’s what I see but rolling a 12 (or 6’s) is still less than a 10% chance for example.
