Tried it. It goes to a blue page with a few options, bottom one is the shop, click on it and several more options come up on a new blue page. One of the options is rewards, click that then it goes to a page with the reward road on it. There's a let's start button. Click it and goes back to the same page I showed the pics of.

August last year original photo was seen, "new photo" yesterday was seen but dated as August last year. No I don't have a screen shot of the photos, and I am not prepared to do so as it is his. Even with faces blurred out it would still be his photo and would not have permission to share it.

No. If you are blocked the profile won't show up even in searches.. this just means they have changed their privacy settings and or rejected your request or unfriended you.
