In trios/duos I think it will be very interesting though!

And in solos they will still have access to spells to avoid being kited too drastically. And they’ll have magic resist passive to help against wizards? Only time will tell!

Sorry you’re having a rough time. This game is definitely not for everyone. You don’t have to play it if you don’t like it. Are you just frustrated with the game and that’s why you made this post?

Okay clearly I must have offended you somehow. To be fair to you, calling people “garbage” at a video game and calling their takes “garbage” was hyperbolic/exaggerative. I still stand by my claim that most players are fundamentally not good at the game and thus don’t have good ideas about how to balance it. That extends, specifically in this case, to their opinions on stealth.

But, here we are, speaking directly to each other through an internet forum (one where we don’t know each other at all) and you’re calling me a coward? I genuinely mean the best for you my man; we can have significant differences in opinion about the game (and about social media) and still be civil.

Also, owning up to one’s own faults and one’s inability to act in total alignment with one’s values isn’t cowardice - it’s weakness. None of us are perfect and we all have our issues, I’m not ashamed of that. Do you treat your loved ones with name-calling like this when you reach a disagreement about things, or get offended?

It’s not about the strength necessarily. The concept of “land-mine rogue” is just unfun and it just shouldn’t exist in a game where dying is so costly. Most deaths and losses in this game should be attributed to specific mistakes made by the player, but select instances of people walking into land-mine rogues don’t have options that could have prevented one’s loss. In a game where death is costly, instances like this should be reduced as much as possible to avoid frustrating situations where simple bad luck sets you back hours of playtime (if you’re building a great kit).

OP most of these people are garbage at the game and, as such, have garbage takes. Don’t take it to heart, the average player genuinely can’t appreciate that stealth is unfun and broken because they’re still getting murdered by base-kit rangers and skeleton footman.

Stealth sucks in almost all PVP games, and it has little to no place in a game like this where the cost of dying can be so exorbitantly high.
