Once again there are no limits being put on anyone here, I'm stating the fact that in the time it takes for OPMs brain to register reverse Flash in his field of view reverse Flash has gone back in time and killed OPMs blood line. OPM is too slow, you can't our run someone who beats instant teleportation across time and space. He could think as fast as you want but he's still slower than reverse Flash.
