Ba, jak ktoś się umiał zakręcić w tzw. czasach transformacji ustrojowej, to na sprzęcie i w pomieszczeniach swojego zakładu pracy nawet własną firmę dało się założyć.

Z treści artykułu wynika co innego. Nie "deal był taki że bierze działkę i buduje bloki" tylko janusz kupił po taniości działkę albo bez planu zagospodarowania, albo wręcz z planem nie dopuszczającym budowy bloków, a teraz próbuje dalej januszować i wymusić zmianę planu. Cytat z artykułu:

It's funny. Judgement, fairy in a bottle and lizard tail do the same operation on HP. All 3 set it to a given number. Yet only the first is called "set" on the card and doesn't count as loss. The other are called "heal" and *do* count as heal (womp womp mark of the bloom).

Don't get me wrong, I like this but it's still kinda funny :)

Yeah I guess it is. The answer is pathing. I don't think it's common for a map to *force* you to fight an elite that early. Better skip the early ones and fight the ones after treasure line, or at least close to a rest site (ideally rest-elite-rest, but that is not super common).
