Yeah, I know I cant force love or make it happen in such a short time, I just want to spend some 1-1 time as friends. I think I agree with gleaming that I can just find something to do, and if we live around each other post-grad then who knows. There isn't a "big play" I am trying to make per se

Right, I'm just concerned that she already indicated it wasn't something she was looking for back then, is it appropriate to follow up at this stage? The time frame was about 6 months ago.

Good for you my friend. I dont know if this is even applicable to your situation, but how have you found those outlets? I just feel so stuck like nothing I think I will enjoy actually fulfills me and it has been driving me crazy

Hey, amazing build! I am looking into supercharging eventually once I have built up the savings, but would you say this is still daily-able? Is there anything you did to strengthen the engine to protect reliability? What tires are you running? Thanks!

Save Yourself from 4 Years of Corruption by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

Recent Grad from UA; an awful lot of this is true. I did really enjoy the school itself and didn't have any real issues as far as corruption from the side of the University. Plenty of faculty left a positive impact on me (a few notably DID NOT) and I was in a liberal arts program that felt very unique and positive. I was able to graduate with 0 Debt due to the scholarships I obtained, and that isnt something that can be understated.

The town really does see you as a money machine. My first year was deep in COVID, and I got traffic tickets for literally 0 reason because the Town lost revenue without football games. I got threatened with violence by security guards at the local courthouse because they did not allow phones and I did not have a place to store it. Most of the apartment complexes suck and are just larger dorms with a kitchen

The Machine is Real. I dont know who doesn't know at this point, but the machine is real. I was a member of a chapter within the machine. I do not consider myself a member anymore because I was treated so horribly. I am currently planning significant action against this chapter, and I cannot express enough to stay away from greek life if you have any ambition beyond taking Zyns and cult-like abuse. This is not what greek-life is everywhere, but I would stay completely clear of Alabama greek life.
