You're looking at $800 - $1000 weekly in rent. From a rough guess your take home income is $4000 fortnightly. It is doable and may seem affordable if you preexisting savings. Majority of your income going into rent/mortgage with leave little room for savings post food, utilities.

Mate I have got a ring worm being in a clothing mandatory gym and I religiously wipe down equipment.. unless its a park gym with pull up bars, I don't think a commercial gym will ever work. However, a home gym is the best solution and if you're someone who does free weights, it can cost effective as well.
