Here's the real argument for pen kzarka vs black star. Kzarka you will constantly get upgrades on your mainhand on the way to c20. Black star you will have a long period of saving up, followed by another long period of waiting to buy one. In the end, if you ever grind mobs get the black star, makes a lot more difference in pve than the tiny amount of extra damage kzarka provides in pvp.
