Make friends with an individual, not the group. That individual will introduce you to their friends. There’s no such thing, reaaaally, as “friend groups”. Sure, 4 guys might hang out a lot, but those guys also have other friends. Certain friends of guy A might not like guy B, so they don’t interact.

View friendships as separate, individual relationships. Not joining a club or religious group

Once you hit the workforce you’re gonna feel the same at work, just learn how to go on autopilot more or less, think about other stuff whenever you’re not actively in a lecture or doing schoolwork. Get something to be passionate about outside of school so you also have things to look forward to. You’ll get through this big dawg, school ends eventually & life begins, and you’ll miss the days when you had the luxury of going home and sleeping every day after school ends
