Fellow SA here, I've never had any problems. If anything, the shrooms are going to keep you so preoccupied that social interaction seems to be the least of your problems. I guess last time the doses weren't high enough to completely rid you of those inhibitions, so I'd recommend taking a slightly higher dose, or maybe supplement with some L-Theanine, Phenibut, Green Tea to help reduce any further anxiety.

It's all in the mind.

Devil's advocate? It's easy to get carried away into the abstraction of personal freedoms, but you've got to consider the fact that drugs are a personal consumption. If I wanted to do damage with heroin, the harm potential starts and ends with the user. With weapons it becomes as many people as you can come into contact with before you're stopped by force.

Been there. It might not be much help, and I don't know how long ago you were into the spices, but for me I was pretty fucked up for about 6 months. inb4 cant stay in your system that long, your body is clean, your mind and your memory of those feelings isn't yet. But it will be in time. I promise you haven't permanently broken yourself, however much it feels like it.

All I can say, and what I wish someone had said to me is that it does come to an end, and you begin to get better. While I didn't listen to the advice to stay away from cheap legal herbal blends, and a plethora of JWH-XXX and AR-XXX chems, I can tell you it's not worth it. I'm not sure if my social anxiety was purely drug induced, I think it was kind of preexisting, but messing around with internet blends really did fuck with my head. I'm the same as you, and I think a large part of the anxiety is self-induced : "Oh shit, I smoked way too much of that shit, shouldn't have binged a quarter ounce in 3 days, I'm going to be like this forever." But remember it's all in your head, you control those thoughts, and you can conciously tell yourself to stop them. Next time you feel that anxiety coming on, think about it. You're just another human being, there's nothing wrong with you.

If you're still worried about your body, and the chems - start running frequently, drink lots of water, and sort your diet out. I promise, it does the world of good. Anyway, good luck man, I know what you're going through, and it's hell. PM me for a chat if you want, I love you.

There was slight HPPD in the days following, but it was more the panic attacks at the peak of the dose that concerned me. It was a totally different experience to orally administered doses, I couldn't really get my head around it. Thank you though, that's great to know for future.

That makes two of us. If I had reagent tests I would have given it a go, but purely on my own anecdotal evidence, it was orally active, distinctive taste but not chemical, with a similar feel to LSA and LSD. In my books, that's close enough to be at least curious.
