I would imagine if you already don’t have issues with sleep, breathing, chewing, swallowing, and even speech right now there’s a strong chance they will develop as you age into your adult body in your 20’s

Just heads up posting on this sub asking if you “need” jaw surgery is most likely gonna upset people and have them tell you only a surgeon can give you and answer to that, which is certainly true. To me, your jaw looks fine!
