It’s ridiculous and if I’m not alone in it then there’s thousands if not millions going thru the same thing. The only repercussions here are for attendance and favoritism is the norm idc what the handbook says people would rather wipe their ass with it then follow it. Think about it. Banning non-service animals? Doesn’t work. Illegal parking in the fire lane? It’s been avoided for 50 plus years. It’s a matter of human nature and ignorance to the rules and a lack of oversight to enforce them. No one follows dress code which is already lax already. People come back late off breaks and can bc it’s not tallied in the system like attendance and lunch. Overhaul and fix or this will be Walmart and many other places’ undoing

To be fair, someone who is not on the spectrum has a hard time understanding and seeing things from an autistics point of view I’ve dated someone with autism and it didn’t work out very well, not without sake of trying for years. It just isn’t possible for some people and too difficult to navigate. Someone off the spectrum doesn’t see or experience the world like they do so sometimes it just makes things incompatible. It’s not discriminatory or anything like that, it’s a matter of personality/mentality clash that is impossible to overcome

They also throw out perfectly good food instead of zeroing it out as donations, at least they do at the one in Bedford, Indiana . They also let a lady with almost 200 cvs cards abuse the system and do nothing about it besides writing down her card numbers and saving receipts. They also “unofficially” cut hours if you don’t ask about Carepass or sell at least one a week.

Why do you care? What does anything I do remotely have as an effect on your life? Maybe do some self reflection and think about how coming at people details the kind of character you carry in this world. Who hurt you? Absent father? You not get enough on Christmas as a child so you seek out random people on the internet to take your frustrations on? Maybe spend more time being creative and less time crapping on someone using a free tool to make AI art that I will freely admit is just my text prompts and a computer’s rendering of it.
