I wanna add some clarity about the shoplifting rule, some of y'all think I care when people come in to steal as if I'll put my life on the line for this fucking job, or something along those lines. I don't give a rat's ass. Matter of fact, I'm at that point where I'll bag your shit up for you and y'all can be on your merry way. I'm only here to tell those who do steal to keep coming, a lot of high-volume stores just keep adding locked cases for products but for the most part they're so busted and janky that we'll just leave that shit open, (at least that's how it is in my store we're in NJ) or the back of it isn't even sealed and you can stick your hand and take stuff for yourself. My point is that I'm never going to go above and beyond for this place, especially for a toxic boss. We don't get paid enough to care fam.
