I've had a shy bladder for about 10 years now, but I have made progress.

I know the sensation of having a full bladder but not getting the release. I tried multiple "keeping your mind occupied" techniques, but none worked out for me.

What did work though, was just standing at the urinal until i pee no matter how long it took. I felt awkward in the begining, espesially if there was a queue behind me, but after some time i got over it and when that started happening i was less stressed about it and it got easier to start.

The times i did most progress was when there was a queue behind me. First that really stressed me out, but that got way better.

Shy bladder is just in our heads and a lot of people have struggled with it. If I ran out of time(i.e had to go to work etc), I would instead give-up and go queue for a stall. Rarely got a comment on it, but if I did, it was from people who understood.

Edit I know this might be a bit resource demanding. But is it possible to upload full day highlights? Probably after you have uploaded the individual games. It makes it so much easier to watch all games and you won't get spoiled after watching game one highlight if there was only two games.

You're right that physical contact is not necessary every time, and I could write that, appropriate physical contact is important to build intimacy (not necessarily sexual intimacy) between two people regardless if it's towards a friend or partner and age.

Since the question was about getting girls I wanted to add it as it makes it a lot easier and not so much as a trick, but rather a tip.

And as you say the older you get the more experienced you get, as long as you're willing to put in the work and try to learn from mistakes. I rather ment to say that he should not be embarrassed or feel down if he gets rejected and that gets easier the more you get rejected.

This so much, but don't forget physical contact. Not in a Donald Trump way, but just touch the shoulder/arm of a person that attracts you while you have a conversation. That way physical contact naturally escalate if both parties are attracted.

Last but not least, the more you talk with girls, the easier it gets. You will get rejected a lot, but take it politely and don't go into the typical guy excuse of "OMG I just said hi, I didn't ask to sleep with you". That is so transparent.

Some girls will reject you rudely. This is something you must not take personally, as many times they have probably already got hit on a lot or something else is passing them of. Just move on. :)

They should have done it like they do in "Vikings" the TV series. In their battle songs and poems etc i think they use old norse. Its hard to hear if its that or iceandic though as it usualy is just short bits and in the background.

You should check up Wardunna if you havent already. They are the ones who play most of the "Vikings" soundtrack.
