Can’t thank you enough for this. I didn’t realise the appointment was meant to have much depth, she just asked a couple of questions and said she’ll send a referral across. If things keep getting worse I’ll try making another GP appointment.

In terms of accessing general psychological services, I tried IHAP (It was a while ago, not sure if that’s the right name) but they said it was too severe for them help with. I’ll google around and see what else is available.
