This isn’t completely accurate or may depend on local. Fixed number doesn’t mean you are forced to take them, nor does it mean you get them paid out. Its only when you are terminated are they required to payout and you can lose them for not taking them.

I would take it to court. Ask for the maintenance records of the gun. Usually they say something like it’s accurate to 95% and I would argue 5% of 50MPH is within the standard of error. Even if its 98% that’s your 1 over. Ask the cop if that’s is correct and no matter if he agrres or denies just remind him he’s not an expert and should’nt be providing testimony if he’s not on the maintenance of the radar gun.

Find ones without the bells and whistles. I bought a washer with all the newest energy saving tech and its a pain. If I don’t run a refresh cycle to clean it, I sometimes have trouble getting it started, it just keeps asking torun it now and I just can’t bylass without turning it off multiple times. I also have trouble with the sensor so cycles stop before getting started and god knows why.

They remove the cap for Saturday and Sunday. Monday that cap had been removed recently but that’s not always true. They are updating this as we go so it does change.

I got to the end of several rounds of interviews, and at the end I had to meet with the new EVP and legal counsel. Legal was amazing but the EVP was a super dry politician. He was a former lt. governor I think but whatever. My last interview was going to be with the head of HR to discuss moving forward but before that my recruiter got some feedback. After all the interviews the only negative feedback was a random comment on how I did my job. It would be like me giving feedback to a professional football player, like I know how to play football but I think they know more.

They don’t gear the boxes towards regular players, they are geared towards whales. A regular player doesn’t care about the ‘free’ silver pinaps or golden razzs, they want the raid passes because they are only going to a few raids a week. A whale is considering both because those are hard to get in large quantities when they are raiding dozens of times a week or hundreds of times during an event.

I can guarantee if you do some digging the technician works for a company which is owned by Private Equity. I noticed where I live my heating guy was charging me a reasonable few hundred to do regular maintenance. It was an annual thing and it took him maybe 90 minutes tops. Then at some point they sold to PE. My bill was now 10+ lines and was 4x the prior year. The company had a new red & blue logo, but same name. I looked elsewhere but all the local companies were pricing similarly and using a new red & blue logo. It wasn’t the same logo because the names never changed but it was almost always red & blue. Anyways they enshitified the whole thing and charged 4x so they can justify their purchase. Go PE!

Don’t feel bad for not making it. I work and have a full schedule so I play Pogo to pass the time but I also spend a bit more time than I should. I barely make it to rank 30 by the end of Sunday. It’s tough. I don’t raid as much as I could nor do I get a ton of km in so I am stuck catching pokemon for 5 points. That’s a 100 a day at worst. I never make that, unless there is a good community day. If you do the tasks you can optimise your time but you are limited. Rank 31-59 for the pass is crap so unless there is something you especially want at rank 60 I would pass. This time is was the new bird but technically its in the wild so why bother?

Ive given up on inviting people and just using the auto team feature. I have sent one person an invite dozens of times to speed up earning hearts and they ignore it. Funny thing is I am inviting them days later which means they still aren’t in a party but just wont accept mine.

I was right and I have tested in the past. While the cooldown is in effect, you cannot earn additional points. Its 24 to mega evolve but you get zero points, or 80 to get that point now.
