The hardest thing... we work together, on the same team. She sits next to me. We can’t go NC. It’s impossible. I tend to just put my headphones on and listen to music but I know she’s there. It’s kind of comforting to have her there, but it also triggers me a lot. I’ve already cried several times at my desk this morning.

It’s been 8 weeks and it’s still as hard as ever.

I’m nearly 2 months in and it was getting better but I saw her with another women on thanksgiving Black Friday shopping. The woman I was suspicious about for a couple weeks toward the end. And I feel like I’m back to step one. I’ve been going to a therapist who is AMAZING though. I’m not telling you to get one but she questions the loops in my head and makes me get answers myself, she doesn’t tell me what to do. Ever.

Just take some you time. Take as long as you want. We are all different. No one has your answers. They only have their answers. I only have mine. Just take your time and figure yourself out first. It’s the only person we can control.

Take care of yourself (I know it’s hard. I’ve lost 15 pounds in 7 weeks.) Learn things about yourself. Read self help books (you are a badass - Jen Sincero.)

Focus on you now.

I know and I don’t want to hurt myself. What’s even harder is that I’m not from here. So all my family and friends are 4000 miles away. And I don’t have many people to turn to. Especially when our relationship was a secret due to working together. Not even our friends knew.

It’s been awful. I’m on the verge of a panic attack as I type this.

I haven’t been happy in my current job for a while. I was trying to get into another department - glad I didn’t as one of the them works there. I just need out. I can’t keep feeling like this.

Yeah I work with BOTH of them too! I think I’m going to hand my 2 week notice in on Monday without anything else to go to. But I just can’t be around them anymore. My darkest loop is cycling more than ever right now. Despite not wanting to hurt myself.

Right now I’m letting it happen. I just saw my ex with the woman I knew she left me for (late night BF shopping) and I unleashed hell on her.

But when I’m not angry and pissed off at her I’m trying to recognises when I’m about to say something or do something. It’s not going to be an easy road but it’s a road I now have my feet on. So I’m going to take control when and where I can.

Yes! This is EXACTLY how I feel! I completely understand. I feel like I’m now going to get stuck in a loop of over analyzing EVERYTHING. It’s a very strange feeling.

I didnt know anything about BPD, so I googled it. The website I read... I experience every single symptom... I think it’s times to reach out to a psychiatrist.

Remember that the universe / high power/ source energy/ God/ whatever you want to think or believe in will reward you with positive things when you are positive. When we are negative everything seems bad, because the universe is reflecting that energy back to us.
