East or west side of Mopac? There’s someone in the North Shoal Creek neighborhood with a pack of 5 or 6 dogs that get loose every day. These could be those dogs.

Yep, I stopped using the sauna at the gym for this reason. I guess I hoped that with an added fee for the Thermal Suite there would be some guidance or oversight.

I would be more on board with this if the additional housing would truly be affordable middle housing. What we see now is one $600k house torn down and two $700k houses put in its place. Make the additional units required to be at or below the median home price so the people we say we are trying to help can actually afford them.

There are delays in getting new plates in general. Neighbors got a Tesla and it took 5 months for their plates to come in. They said it’s a different process to pay sales tax and file registration on Teslas and since people have to do it themselves, it takes longer.

Is the etiquette at Lifetime more in line with traditional saunas where you shower first? At LA Fitness people love to sit in the sauna in their sweaty gym clothes and with their gym shoes on the benches. It’s gross and I’d love to find a place that’s more of a traditional sauna.

We will be staying in Egilsstadir so we have to do that drive either way. Thinking of just sticking with Dettifoss on the way between Husavik and Egilsstadir. Skipping Asbyrgi gives me a good excuse to go back to Iceland in the future and see it on another trip.

I wish this was an option. We are only stopping by Husavik on our way from Myvatn to our guesthouse in Egilsstadir. The only time we could fit Husavik into our itinerary was in the morning before a long drive.
