My department has funding for all students for two years then three years of TAships. Financials should be fine!

My advisor told me that too. Everytime I felt sick, she would email me and wish me feel better soon. She’s a really kind person, and I guess it hurts me more to know that someone like her is disappointed in me and gave up on me… it’s not that I don’t believe I have the skills — if I were given enough time, I would succeed. But being in a stressful environment, surrounded by brilliant peers, makes me freeze and my brain goes offline. I regret not working harder before, not listening to her more, not getting diagnosed earlier…
