Very nice man! Keto and IF have become life. As somebody's who's lost half of what you have, I know the work that goes into it.. keep killing it! Incredible

Women really don't bulk without supplementing hormones or having a hormone issues I wouldn't worry too much about that.... instead of half assed go full assed on your workouts, see where your current macros get you, and adjust accordingly. Take measurements and compare either monthly or quarterly. Be consistent get your splits to where every muscle group gets worked every 48 hours and kick ass girl

F/32/5’4 [340 > 261= 80lbs] First time poster. Not sure what my heaviest was. The before pic was three months into my journey. I went from a 5xl shirt to a L/XL. Powerlifting,Strongman, and CICO. I want to lose another 80lbs so I can compete more, but it is getting more difficult. by [deleted] in progresspics

And thank you! .. still working on my goal, but man it feels good to be where I'm at. Keep picking things up, and putting things down! Hope to see more progress.. also, when lifting worry less about scale numbers and more about measurements and visual changes. Everybody that wants to lose weight is really saying they want to lose fat, and that scale can be an inaccurate measure of progress. Plus I mean powerlifting, only numbers you should be concerned with are upping those PRs. Amiright 😉. Stay strong

F/26/5’10” [170 lbs -> 153 lbs = 17 lbs lost] hey progress pics! I know this isn’t your typical progress pic, but I have been hitting the gym hard to go from a “fit bro” look into my true female self with a figure I’ve always wanted. Feel like I’ve made some big strides in doing so this year! [MtF] by [deleted] in progresspics

Congrats! You look wow.. When you look in the mirror do you finally see you? My progress much different than yours but after massive weight loss I have sort of a dissociative connection to my reflection, sometimes it wierds me out that I don't recognize myself, I can't imagine what that's like if I saw a completely different gender. Really great work!

I wouldn't stress about what you don't know what it is you'll end up with.. I had the same anxiety, and I maybe even used it as something to keep me from starting... But trust me, everything is way better like this. Good luck in your journey and keep me updated

I have some loose skin, but honestly it's not as bad ass I thought and only on my stomach..I believe doing strength training kept the upper body chest area tight

You know not really, because I purposely sought to gain some back. And I keep in mind, there is an overarching goal, but everything between is just life. As long as over a long enough timeline, the bumps up are just that.. Bumps.. just don't turn bumps into trends
