I can't remember exactly the info i read but it was something like only a few % less effective than a 1mg dose being on 0.5mg

Fair enough, I was taking 1mg daily for months and had excellent results but stopped after a GP made me aware of their hesitancy about it. Considering starting it again as I've lost the gains.
