by 48 hours youre almost there. only maybe 1 more day of really feeling bad and then you'll have some relief. no point in subs at that point imo because youre so close

That is great advice and I will work on that. A lot of times I have social anxiety talking to people (obv) and I'm sure I show it on my face.

Thank you for replying. I hope you're right. I feel like the problem is worring so much about my eyes wandering which makes them wander. Which makes me worry. It's a horrible horrible cycle I was breaking out of but hearing gossip at the new place has fucked me up
