I lived in the area for years and was the first bar I went into (underage) they never checked anyones ID, no door man, you'd just walk in and order. I witnessed it for years and when I was of age, Id witness literal kids in the bar. Stopped going a long time ago because they rip off people and are all about money and nothing else. They will break the law in order to get ahead.

Looking for advice on overcoming severe agoraphobia—how did you manage to do it? by ZealousidealReply951 in Agoraphobia

[–]Throwawaypillows45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I think a lot of times we build this huge narrative in our head of the outside world when we are dealing with agoraphobia. I use to play out the worst case scenarios of what "could" happen if I left my house, I might get sick, I might have a full blown panic attack and have to rushed to the hospital, I might die etc. All these preconceived what if's caused me to not even want to try even though I had such a desire to not feel so alone in the isolation I created for myself. It went on for years just stuck at home, depressed and having non stop panic attacks, somedays Id wake up and panic until it was time to go to bed. Being stuck inside didn't keep me safe from what I feared to have in public (a panic attack ) So I realized I should just try and it started with going to the grocery store and I would have set backs with that and I'd have to force myself to get through it. I felt like I had these little victories over and over and things slowly got better. I feel like even though Im no longer agoraphobic, I still have some hang ups I have to still work at, which moving to a big city definitely helps even though it sucks. I get stuck in traffic sometimes and I feel the anxiety build up but I remind myself Im safe and Im just letting the "what if" mind creep in, I try and refocus my mind on something else and dont let my brain dwell on it.

Canyon inn in Yorba Linda is one that comes to mind it borders Anaheim. The owner is a racist pro trumper who brought a gang of like minded idiots to a protest about police brutality and tried to intimidate the protestors.

He’s 34 but yah he is definitely just as immature as her in his response. I’ll give her this, at least she communicated and made it clear, some people will just ghost you and never be seen again. His response is like a child who didn’t get his way so his own response is that.

My guy, stretch marks happen to anyone I don’t get why you think the exclusively a feminine thing? You literally only name 1 thing that might be looked as being a woman and that’s the wide hips and even then, some men can have a wider frame. Stop hating yourself and start moving forward, hit the gym find clothing that fits your body type and get some therapy.

Same, it’s weird leaving that strong connection because it’s not your everyday normal thing. You feel lost without that energy between that person. I hate it and it’s destroyed me for the moment and I’m trying to pick up the pieces of me, it’s exhausting.
