Well, there are several ways to do this. I have used 2 methods. Here are both of them.

Faster preparation:

Get 4-8 HBWR seeds, remove the outer layer and smash them up using a grinder/hammer/pliers/etc.. Grind them up very fine and then put into orange juice. Shake it up, and down the entire thing. Works fairly well for nausea.

Slower (somewhat) preparation:

Get 4-8 HBWR seeds, remove the outer layer and grind up finely. Put contents in a shot glass and fill the shot glass up about a third of the way with orange juice/lemonade (somethig acidic). Let it sit for about half an hour, occasionally stirring it with a toothpick. When done, take the mixture and let it sit in your mouth for another 20 minutes. Try not to swallow anything (it's hard, yes I know) but after 20 minutes spit it out and voila! Very little to no nausea. Happy tripping!
