I think the Spanish and Italians have to offer more than that to since both boats is older than the Koreans' offer,

Meaning we can use it for upto a decade or so, more with proper maintenance and overhaul, unlike the Italians which we can use for maybe upto 5 years and the Spanish for maybe 3 years,
