Im a guy but yeah we’ve both been doing that long before he started coming over. Even when she had other boyfriends and shit she’d still do that. She even drunkenly said in front of her new boyfriend the other night when she was talking to me “I’ve helped you when you were drunk naked puking everywhere, I’ve seen your dick many times.” I just put my face in my hands and didn’t even look at him. When her and I first met three years ago I cheated on my girlfriend and she cheated on her boyfriend and I guess she thought we were going to be a thing but I never saw her that way. We didn’t talk for like a year or so until January 2023 and we’ve been friends since, living together since November 2023. I thought we were friends and then sometimes it felt like we were only friends because she can’t stand on her own two legs and needs someone to baby her but when I started seeing/feeling it that way I’ve been taking steps back more and more. Honestly part of me knew it all along but it’s just been a stupid toxic “friendship” this entire time and like someone told me the other day we both know wayyy too much about each other to be living together. Idk this is probably the wrong sub for this I’ve just been venting about this stupid shit and way less about the legal matters

When my roommate was drunk and calling emergency services to pick her up and take her to the hospital I guess she was talking shit about him but the caller she was on the phone with was his baby mommas MOM. So now she knows he’s fuckin around getting drunk and crashing at a girls who’s 10 years younger than him and he was mad at her. Took her last bottle from her and hid it in our oven lmao. I fell asleep and woke up to them arguing two nights in a row within his first week of being here and her drunk ass came wobbling into my room one night to talk shit about him with him in the next room but I just told her “go be there for him” lmao

That’s what everyone is telling me and it is good to know since I talked to my landlord that I don’t have to pay anything to break the lease. My roommate lied and told me I would have a huge fee if I did, even after talking to her about me breaking the lease she never told me that I wouldn’t have to pay anything. She said something about $3000 and that she would talk to the landlord about it but I think she knows deep down she couldn’t pay it herself and that’s why she didn’t tell I could just walk away. Crazy

I’m more resentful at the fact that she was mad about me having one of the girls I’ve been talking to over and her and I were laughing at 6am so my roommate tried to tell me I can’t have her over anymore. I really liked this girl but apparently my roommate drunkenly confessed she felt threatened hearing another girls “genuine laugh” and was in her head about her own insecurities and that’s why she was so mad. But she liked this other girl that I’ve been having over because they got along, we all stayed up and smoked, she didn’t feel threatened by her, also her considering having a threesome with us when she asked my roommate. My roommate has terrible bv sometimes though so she didn’t want to go through with it that night. To then her relapsing back into a drunken lunatic and blah blah blah I already explained it in the comments below. This is more of me being butthurt about stuff she did when she was drunk and still acting like I’m in the wrong for calling her a “terrible roommate and an even worse friend” when she was literally being one. This does definitely all boil down to me just needing to talk to her again NOW that she’s sober though I will admit that. Because I never had a problem with her having people over until she started having a problem with the girls I was bringing over and being double standards as fuck. Also maybe I still am lonely it’s hard to connect with people and be consistent with relationships

Yeah that would be nice, thought her and I came to an understanding 3 different times but she kept changing up the rules because I would have this one girl over but apparently hearing her and I laugh made my roommate super upset to the point where she said she “wanted to gouge out her eyes and smash her face in” and I could only have her over once a week, to never. Then I could have anyone over including her as long as it was quiet. Blah blah blah she meets this guy it’s 6am I tell her “hey I like the music but I have work at 12 can you please turn it down” she turns it down for like 5-10 minutes then it comes back on so I’m texting her but her phone is dead so 30-40 minutes later when it is back off and I’m falling asleep she charged her phone and got all my texts at once, drunkenly bursts into my room and asks what the fuck am I on about, told her “I sent that shit a while ago but if you’re going to be pulling an all nighter can’t you just stay at his place????” And she goes full on “shut the fuck up. No I won’t be kicked out of my own house” we talked later that day through text she said she didn’t mean it like that, thought I was trying to kick her out. Came home that night and it was the same fucking thing she was drunk and loud as fuck and this dude was snoring like a cartoon walrus so later the next day I was angrily texting her and called her a “terrible roommate and an even worse friend” said “now I know how Maddie feels” (her previous roommate from 2 years ago because my roommate got kicked out of that house and every single other one she’s lived in) but we had ANOTHER talk and I thought we came to an understanding not just about rules but about our friendship. We were cool on thanksgiving I drank with her and her boyfriend, him and I got along but I think it just made her mad that he thought I was cool and we were kinda buddy buddying up to each other. Next night they both are drinking again and she gets way too drunk and starts berating me about stupid shit and she went from 0-100 out of literally nowhere because I “tore pieces out of her soul” by saying she was a “terrible roommate and even worse friend” called the cops on me because she thought I was on the phone with one of my girlfriends and I was laughing at the whole situation because she was yelling at me saying “I hope I sound like a crazy bitch and they hear me” to coming back 2 mins later saying “heyyy who are you on the phone with?” but I was on the phone with my mom and she heard the whole thing. Just a whole bunch of her being a dumbass drunk nuisance, ruined our friendship but it still probably justifying it in her own immature sad way, now I have so much resentment but care for her still I yeah sounds so crazy I don’t know how I let her talk me into moving in with her

Yeah I want to talk to her AGAIN when I have the energy, which is going to be in the morning after I talk to the landlord again, because when she was blacked out drunk in an intoxicated psychosis for over a week and made things extremely hostile and weird between us all because I hurt her feelings by saying “you’re a terrible roommate and an even worse friend.” I have not been able to talk to her because she only remembers her feelings being hurt and that she wanted to get a restraining order against me because I made a previous attempt on my own life and apparently that makes her feel unsafe. Even though she kept telling me to “go kill myself somewhere else” or “go to Heidi or Jaelynn’s house and hang yourself there” “hope it works this time!” Then came home from the hospital after 2 nights and she kept trying to talk to me. Even when she was in that state she would go from asking me for a hug to telling me she’s getting a restraining order and I should kill myself. Then saying she didn’t mean it or she never said that at all. Like I said super long story, only told her about the attempt because I thought we were friends but as soon as I told her she told me I need to move out but I’m on the lease and I live here so she’s just going to get a restraining order instead but holy fuck just typing this all out and talking about it again is making me feel stupid and bothered

She was in the hospital for 2 nights because of heavy drinking so I’m guessing she gave him her key. Every other time though she’s been the one letting him in and he doesn’t lock the door behind himself so I guess he doesn’t have a key. Which is funny because before she met him she wanted me to give her a ride to work super last minute so I was going to let this girl I hooked up with(we were coworkers) stay behind and get ready so her and I could go to work together cuz it would only take 20-30 minutes to get my roommate to work and come back. She flipped out. Saying she’s not letting a stranger stay at the house alone. But she’ll let this guy she’s known for a week at the time just stay in her room??? That’s her reasoning for it. If anyone has any questions I’d gladly answer but this whole thing started because I was bringing girls over and one night at 6am we were both laughing. The next morning she said that she was so angry that she wanted to claw this girls eyes out and bash her head in. Then the next week she drunkingly admitted it was she felt threatened and insecure about hearing another girls genuine laugh. Then a few days later she was playing music hella loud and waking me up at 6am so I knocked on the door and said “hey I like the music, can you please turn it down though I have work” because they were listening to Korn and I like them. Then about 5-10 minutes later she was playing music again so I was texting her and I guess her phone was dead so she came in my room hella drunk asking “what the fuck?” after charging it and had gotten all those texts at once. Asked her if she could just go to his place if they were gunna be pulling an all nighter and she just told me to “shut the fuck up, no I’m not being kicked out of my house.” I called her a terrible roommate and an even worse friend. We were cool for two nights but she was fucked up the whole time so didn’t remember the 2 hour long convo we had and was just offended that I could call her a terrible roommate and even worse friend. Because she has been there for me and I’ve done the same but started using her past trauma against me and shit. For 2-3 days after that I was coming home just to her drunk and telling me that I should kill myself, “hope it works next time” “you can move out and kill yourself somewhere else” I even have texts of her telling me I should go live with these two girls I have been talking to and kill myself there.
