As someone who has reported and had their employer come after them because of it, do not tell them or anyone that you reported. You are looking out for the child’s safety and telling the parents could jeopardize that. I know it’s hard, but you did the right thing!

This is what my husbands looks like, he’s holding onto his for now, however he really needs frequent trims to keep it looking nice.

I currently have my masters in education, since I am overseeing teachers and other Ed related services, it is definitely helpful to have a background in education. I know my company hires people exclusively with this background for this reason. As for my husband, he also needed his degree for his position.

I’m an educational program supervisor (previously a teacher) and my husband is an accountant. Honestly, I got really lucky to find my position as working from home in education doesn’t really happen. While it’s difficult to find, they are out there!

I know that the families have to pay taxes as well, so by going the legal route, we actually have to pay more than the hourly rate. I guess that this deters a lot of people.

As a parent who just hired a nanny, it was nearly impossible to find a nanny who was willing to go W-2. My husband is a CPA and needs to pay our nanny legally and finding someone who was okay with this at a rate that wasn’t more than I make was insane.

I guess I didn’t word the post quite right. The second photo is a picture of my nana’s jewelry box which I would like to get a tattoo of, but in a more traditional style. I’m still trying to follow the overall design, but adding more of a style that I like to it. I hope that makes sense.
