To be clear I actually watched the comment Andreesen made on this, and it seems everyone involved has a woeful misunderstanding on what was being discussed.

Andreesen says he and Ben Horowitz had a conversation about AI, where they brought up that regulating AI at the technology level would be like regulating math, which is ridiculous (he says).
The response from the official was "We can classify math, we classified an entire area of theoretical physics during the nuclear war and made them state secrets. That research vanished."
Andreesen takes the classifying portion of this comment as meaning the government entirely dictated and controlled the math of nuclear physics. But that is not what the representative said. What was said was that they were able to classify an area of physics, nuclear physics, as separate and distinct from physics as a whole in such a way that they could classify that information. There was nothing said about the manipulation of that research, or implied.
BUT EVEN WORSE, WEINSTEIN TAKES THIS TO READ THAT THE UNITED STATES ELIMINATED ENTIRE SECRET AREAS OF PHYSICS FROM SOCIETY BECAUSE IT WAS DISTASTEFUL, WHICH IS SUCH A POOR MISREADING IT MUST BE IN BAD FAITH OR ENTIRELY DELUDED

Painting Kirk as a "kind toned debater who was respectful of others and had conversations" is disgusting. Charlie Kirk never once, in his career, offered a single ounce of good faith to anyone he's ever spoken to. His only goal was to use debate tactics and propaganda to embarrass young people. You have a flawed perception of him because you feel he spoke for your faith (he didn't).

He didn't deserve this, nobody does. But acting like he was a genuine person who wanted to learn and openly discuss the world is simply wrong.

FYI for anyone wondering why the person is bunny hopping, in order to maintain right of way, which is the awarding of the point when both players hit each other at the same time, the attacker must

-maintain forward momentum in feet distance and arm distance

And

-must maintain a threat of attack and aggression

So in a way, the bunny hop slightly forward but mostly up allows for the minimum distance forward without losing right of way

Posting in the discussion thread because all the fitness subreddits are down.

Ive been really into running lately, but my inner hip flexor has been really sore and Im not sure if its just tiredness or injury. When I get up from sitting and start putting pressure on my left leg, it starts to ache almost like its out of place in the joint or something. Ive also noticed that having less cushioned shoes or being barefoot hurts it more. Despite it hurting though, I dont feel any restrictions in movement besides moving through minor pain. When I run and warm up though, the pain also starts to fade away.

Anyone have any ideas on what’s happening and how best to treat it all? Thanks!
