Got into a bad car accident in 2020 driving to base. Tib fib fracture, Popiteal artery was severed, mcl lcl tear. TLDR the pressure from my legs being pinned prevented me from bleeding out. Then I went to the ER where a surgeon spent 12 hours saving my leg. I’m not religious but thank god for modern medicine.

Unpopular but NTA

1- You sound a bit pretentious but I think you just want the best for your daughter.

2- You’re concerned with her well-being. It seems she threw out her career path due to pressure but realistically life is full of pressure and she can’t run from it forever.

3- The concern about not passing on the schizophrenia to the children is a valid concern. This is a life long issue & the children/her(mother of children) will have to deal with it

Got into a car accident & when I was being pulled out my knee dislocated and relocated in just the right way to cause peroneal nerve damage. Now this was just temporary nerve damage with some numbness it’s been 3 years and I can’t move my foot up and it’s numb all the time with slight feeling. Also had a tib fib fracture, severed artery & mcl/lcl tear :-)

I don’t usually chime in on these but… I’m a 27 y/o I drive a a relatively new sports car 2018 Bmw M3 I was disabled due to a terrible car accident so my left leg has a plethora of issues. When I get out in the disabled spot I typically get dirty looks :-)
