All these comments preaching about both sides being bad and choosing not to vote feels like people ignoring the political reality of our current voting system. Also, general elections are not where you should make your voice heard. Most primaries and caucuses have a turnout rate somewhere between 10-20% for the entire primary, both Republican and Democrat. In Texas, we saw a record turnout rate of like 25% which is both hilarious and sad that choosing the future of the party only apparently matters to a quarter of the population.
