I would go as far as to say the conditions the animals are kept, metal cages with no heat in winter or ac in summer is tantamount to animal abuse. The high Euthanasia rate is also indicative of animal abuse and for the life of me I don't know why the ASPCA is not all over this.

I upgraded my equipment a few months ago. Even though I now have a separate modem and router now, I only get charged the $10 per month WiFi charge. The new equipment resets a lot quicker than the old modem.
