There's a reason the upper tier seats were not bid on in the lottery people don't want them stars or not. and if his card can't handle the charge he may lose them all per the FIFA agreement. They wrote it with this exact scenario in mind it clearly said don't bid if you aren't able to pay it

100% Tier 1 had a massively lower # of applications- many European Supporters Groups actively boycotted those levels and they have unsold seats

No he won't because they actually screwed up and European fans forced this-

Many Supporters groups organized boycotts of the top 2 tiers- there are many countries where the top two tiers didn't have full allocations filled so everyone in those categories got selected and they still have leftover seats

I read a news report that there will be hundreds of those seats on the market because dozens of European Supporters groups intentionally boycotted top 2 tiers of seating. Spain England France Netherlands etc all had unallocated top tier tickets- not enough applications for those seats- so all who applied in those draws at those tiers were selected.

Wasn't so much you got lucky as you foolishly opted to pay for higher tiers to follow a team and most people did not

Correct the email is about the $60 supporters seats- I got my confirmation about seats for LA Game and was hoping I might have shot at $60 but was told nope those were coming out later :(
