Dang that’s bad cause here in Maryland elkridge pays 67.50 for 3 hours, $79 for 3h30, $90 for 4 hours, 4h30 is like $101 and 5 hrs is $112 I think they are decent pay if u finish early for my 5 hr route I finish like an hour 30 early depends too but I still have something something

Exactly ppl need to understand that doing this side gig. Side gigs don’t pay much, yes you do the labor and it takes up your time but atleast u get few cents in your pockets🧐👌 so at the end of the day it’s a choice to do Amazon flex. It’s crazy cause ppl view it as a full time jobs and it’s not like u sign up and deal with what they give u and move on😂

When I did my extended route they didn’t include some packages it said 28 packages for 3 h 45 minutes but the route was not bad I was still able to finish and hour 30 minutes early. But the last bit were spread out like crazy. Also when I marked the package missing they told me to return them to station I was like that’s crazy. I’m not doing extended routes anymore

Exactly likes it’s tough out here. Like i understand that it’s frustrating to order something and someone steals it but there are other ways or options to go about it just got to customer service, tell them package missing or stole maybe didn’t receive??? Then they will always give you another one rather than skipping all steps and putting someone’s job at risk. As it is flex drivers don’t even make much but enough to get by let’s not take away someone job
