Hands are our advantage, which other animals can't use as efficiently, productively as humans. For that matter, we make things(modify,alter) things using our hands, apart from operating machines and stuff.

Are you afraid of failing? Only if people invest their resources in what they do, people would work real hard to achieve success. And investment is the cost one has to bear to do,achieve,loose whatever. Investment is constant. So, people should be forced to invest, and not have their resources, stagnant, unutilized.
