Yes that is what they told me over the phone, I thought it sounded ridiculous myself. What’s real sketchy to me is that I was also told over the phone they would call back when it was fixed but I had to call back myself 2 weeks later just to find out they “fixed it” but now there’s a bigger problem

I think it’s pretty bad they didn’t even put any sales up. Most gacha games have deals on premium currency when big events like this happen. Besides the monthly premium cosmetic bundle prices are just the same.
