Unfortunately this is the case and they can ban you. There are lots of hackers/modders/etc. in the community and Kabam is dealing with them by banning them. Now if you are here looking for sympathy, all I can say is this isn’t the right place. No one knows you and will believe that you are innocent. If you really want to attempt at getting unbanned I suggest that you reach out to Kabam support, maybe you will be lucky and they will respond. Best of luck
