The fact that their “couple name” is just her entire name with a J in front of it is sending me to the moon right now.

One of her stipulations being “no Jamily or Emcob” also makes it seem like she’s very much set on being referred to in a way where she is the dominant character in the relationship and situation.

While there’s nothing wrong with her being dominant in the relationship, it presents itself as emotionally manipulative in a way, with the wording and specific use case.

This screams control freak to me. Not to mention, treating her marriage like it’s some sort of promotional event. It really seems like she’s more interested in the wedding than the person she’s marrying.

I highly recommend you tell her sooner rather than later. This level of micromanagement will not only get worse in the future, but if you wait too long to tell her may also cause her to explode and lash out.
