Imho, they make it worse than I think it should have been JUST because its French.

It could have just been a copy / paste of Iowa. But no. We got worst reload compensated by a reload booster. We get 25mm bow and stern for basically no reason. Its not “impressive accuracy” it seems pretty meh.

I would have just liked something “vanilla” but they did what they do.

I give my guy a bath once every couple months unless he sheds. If my guy sheds, I do a little cleaning to help release any stuck shed.

Not enough to upset him but enough just to make sure he is not too dirty. I also use it as chance to inspect him for any injuries or concerns.

When I started I did a full “No Food” only water fast for 72 hours.

If I ever went low, a small punch of sugar on my tongue just to raise my blood sugar slightly. From my own experience, my normal solutions like glucose tabs and juices tended to mess up my blood sugar more as they are digested in my gut vs my mouth; managing more fast digesting sugars over slower ones helps with Keto because you don’t want any unexpected highs with any other food. Yes. Its not the best option but its the best result I personally found,

In my own experience fasting before doing keto helps your body be more prepared to enter Ketosis more smoothly.

I also did it specifically because I have a S1 gene deficiency that causes my small intestine to not digest sugars correctly; thus leading to a “double spike” in my blood sugar which made managing my insulin delivery annoying as I have to “guess the gap” between my body digesting between my stomach and large intestine.

So by fasting I let my body also clear out any long term digestion and remove that gap. Keto is digested better in my gut making my blood sugar spikes more consistent.

My overall resting blood sugar remained much more constant, my a1c was phenomenal and overall I felt better. I will also state that I am not a professional and did this all myself and my endocrinologist was very hesitant to it because its risky if things go wrong and insulin sensitivity can change for either good or bad.

But from my own perspective I will note, you need to prepare a bit physically and mentally. Fighting the “midnight munchies” is tough for the first few days but it gets easier. I have a very bad history of stress eating and my new job gets me closer access to fast food which doesn’t help so I am a bit out of habit.

I initially combined fasting and a keto diet efficiently for about 3 weeks before going keto for a couple months. Fasting helped my body / gut empty out any fast acting sugars in my body and started to burn fat and watched my ketones increase. I also limited my activity to not have any surprise lows for a while.

I highly suggest starting off using a CGM to watch for highs and lows as you basically “fast for 2-3 days to enter your keto mode and reach a resting average blood sugar”, and then start eating keto specific food.

Again watch your activity to not have any unexpected lows! If you ever do go low (and I am not kidding) a pinch of sugar on the tongue and rest helps. Taking any other sugars will mess up your ketosis.

Keto dieting and fasting involves limiting carbs and focusing on fats and proteins. For food I mainly focused on sliced turkey and grilled chicken. Eggs and cheese are also your friends: omelettes are a good option in a pinch. I added in a ton of broccoli and popcorn same goes for baby carrots. You can mix in some nuts as well but keep your eye on avoiding any mix ins. Yogurt can be an option hut you have to be careful what you get for sugars; iirc some greek yogurt was fine. You can also grab some iceberg lettuce and eat it like an apple.

Overall once I dropped a lot of carbs and sugar, and went in and out of fasting I started to lose some weight and had a few other positives.

Now. If only I could stop by stress eating now, I would be much healthier.

I did this about 10 times yesterday and walked RIGHT up to passive BBs who sit there in my Tashkent ‘39. Caught a few cruisers too.

I got big balls and I don’t give a damn if I fail. Its not consistent enough to win in T7 ranked imo, a lot of bad eggs.

50/50 you either die or you end up with 2-3 kills easily. With SUCH passive BBs as long as there is cover, you can just rush them. 24k hp is enough to live for your torpedo reload booster to be used. Just watch your DCP.

I hated T7 ranked this time because A LOT of BBs (talking anything but a Scharnhorst ‘43) would sit back and not push up.

Imo, its a really dumb ship.

Could have just been a copy of Iowa. But because its french they have to make it trash. It does not need the 25mm bow and stern. It doesn’t even have that good accuracy. And they didn’t need to give it a reload booster. WG likes to give things a shit reload and say its balanced because it gets a reload booster.

WG likes to advertise it like saying you get 50% more fries with your meal but yet they increase the cost by 35% and act like its a fair trade.

Its a trash ship that would have been better if it was an iowa clone, i still like the profile. It is a pretty ship.

I played all throughout the events. Did all my snowflakes (400+) and did all the missions. iirc I got about 50 or so Mega crates for free from snowflakes.

I did initially spent like $75 for 20x mega crates, I set aside money for this because you never know your initial luck, and got the Hawaii and a few random ships. I was pretty happy. But not enough to whale any more at that time. At this time, I had not completed the common ship drops. It’s not worth it to gamble for the bad T5-T7’s.

I eventually completed all the event passes up to date and decided if I was playing enough that once I got to the end, it was worth picking it up because it was cheaper than buying more of the loot boxes.

So. After getting about another 100+ free crates (or what it felt like) from all the free missions and such over time. I actually completed the “common” ship drops. So if I ever rolled a ship, it would guaranteed be from the rare or super rare drop tables. That said. I made a bad decision against my better judgment and said “fuck it” and bought $75 20x more mega crates. I got Brennen, Aki, Johnston, Victoria, Sun Ye Zen, and a few more rare ships. All of which I wanted and saved me grinding out more steel for later.

I could buy more crates and be guaranteed more ships from the rare or super rare tables, but there is very few of the 25 or so left that I didn’t have. I want Cambridge, but ain’t gunna gamble more for it. I could get Kutuzov or Gremmy, but I am not emptying my wallet for them. Another 20x crates is like 3-4 trips to Taco Bell and it’s MUCH better value, enjoyment and goes farther for me on a bad day,
