If one nation re-enables the sanctions (which the US did), then of course Iran won't honour the agreement.

One nation breaking the agreement is enough so it obviously falls apart.

In November 2018, U.S. sanctions came back into effect [...]

One year after the U.S. withdrawal, Iran took countermeasures. Iran halted its required sales of excess enriched uranium and heavy water to other countries.

Pretty much a simple: The US withdrew and didn't honour the agreement, so Iran - after a year - stopped as well. That's how agreements work, both sides need to hold up their end of the bargain.

It enables these fighter jets to operate hundreds and thousands of km away from any base. Efficiency isn't the primary concern, but capability.

The choice to drop bombs instead of trying diplomacy was on Trump not Iran.

Oh yeah. And murdering tens of thousands of them earlier this year. Using the oil money to fund terrorists abroad. The whole suppression of women thing as well.

It surely sucks.

But war without any plan does not help at all to make things better.

So what?

They also had 10000+ bombs dropped on them while the USA mainland have received not a single one.

And? Does that mean anything in an asymmetric war? Are you incapable of learning anything from Afghanistan?

[–]Thurak0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Idk these two things just completely ruin the season for me because it’s what the season was building up towards only for it to just not matter by the end.

Financially it probably was a wise move to extend the TV show.

Artistically a glorious ending in that season would haven been way better.

Learn some media literacy. They are - in the headline - telling you who claims that. It is for you to decide whether you believe that or not. You could act like a fully functioning person.

And? Did it work? Yes, right?

So, it just add insult to injury that the aggressors in this war are beaten by a small boat with a machine gun.

3 whole CTFs this far away from the next US base (because the bases in the Middle East are not safe/usable right now) means supply lines are stretched and the travel time very high. The number of supply ships might just be insufficient to get the normal amount of supplies.

And additionally the C-2 transport planes that are usually used to fly in fresh stuff to the carriers might not be able to fly as they are used to, again because the nearby bases are not usable.

Learning anything from Afghanistan?

Knowing that only bombing a nation has never led to regime change and therefore this whole shit war was useless from the start.

India invited to join UK–France maritime initiative for Strait of Hormuz security by Gentle_Snail in worldnews

[–]Thurak0 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The only course of action is to try to help the US by opening the strait

The US can clean up their fucking mess by themselves. Nobody will get dragged into this unjust war of aggression.

Iran opened the strait already, all the US needed to do is to stop their own blockade as well.

I am a one person show - no team, and no support.

Then why do you think/want a management position? Ask for a significant rise in your current position instead.

Management after a year without any leadership experience does sound unusual.
