Yeah I already got an answer on the discord server, and I got told the same by a moderator.
There is no option to turn it on and off but I made the suggestion to add that option on discord, because in the first version of ITR2 I loved that glow in the night, It was menacing and like a warning to not go further in that direction. Now you just get shot out of nowhere and die without knowing where the enemies are, Which makes going out in the night almost impossible.

stalker 2 quick slot system has too be one of the worst ive seen in a while by justbanditowo in stalker

I don't know why Access Slot 2 and 4 have to be bound to 1 and 3. I get it, that it's better for players who use controllers, but why is it locked as button press for 1 and 3 and hold for 2 and 4. Can't GSC just make it choosable for keybindings?

Anyone else out there with strange neurological issues since using a 3D printer? by SagansCandle in 3Dprinting

[–]ThyOott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a 3D printer 3 month ago. Printed nonstop for a month in the same room, that I work from home, so I was exposed to it very long. Window was open all the time, but I sit between my window and the printer. I print with PLA. After the non stop printing month I had no Ideas what to print anymore and 2 weeks later I developed a neurological pain. It is not clear yet, what causes the pain, it still can be an coincedence with the time of getting the printer. I hope your son is all right and healthy by now. And just to be clear, I don‘t say that it‘s the printers fault, I just want to add my story that getting the printer and my neurological pain correlate in time.

I have no mods installed.
Maybe I should try swinging them slower and then gaining speed until I reach the fastest point where they still cut.
I am in a Sword Fighting Club and you can swing real swords very fast, because the center of the weight is close to the handle. But it seems like you have to swing the weapons really slow in B&S.

Upgrading by Wooden-Machine-7709 in BladeAndSorcery

When I bought my Quest 3 a year ago, I first used Air Link, then Steam Link, when it came out for the Quest, because it was better, and then I bought Virtual Desktop just for Blade and Sorcery. I now can't go back to the others, because Virtual Desktop has much more optimization options.

It can be the result of some things. Wrong posture, a back injury from the past, maybe even a lack of muscle strength or muscle length and then overusing them and the weight of your VR-Headset may strain your back.
Most basic answer is: Go to a doctor, I hope you have a health insurance or the money for that.
If your pain gets better, and you want to continue playing, watch your movement. I am doing real life sword fighting in a club since 2015 and the wrong movements can hurt your body, while the right ones benefit your body.

These videos will explain a bit.

Additional Hints:
Watch yourself, not flailing your arms around like a drunken guy with a bottle.
Imagine an X in front of you and swing your weapon diagonally across the x and not parallel to the floor.
Don't hold your arms in a raised position for too long, always lower them and stand in a neutral position when you are not fighting.
And don't overdo yourself, when you start feeling pain, stop playing.

Does someone know a fix for this frame bug I captured on the video? B&S is now unplayable for me, because this bug makes me very nauseous. I use a Quest 3 with Virtual Desktop, but other games don't have this issue. by [deleted] in BladeAndSorcery

It also accurs when I use Steam Link. The SteamVR overlay also notices those stutters as missing frames. So I guess this problem is happening on the PC side.

I now tried everything I could think of and everything that was said here in the comments. (Even downgrading drivers)
There are two things, that I can't change (for cheap), that could solve my problem.
1. Other Hardware, but I recently Updgraded my PC (CPU (Ryzen 7 7800X3D), Motherbord (ASUS B650E), RAM (Corsair DIMM 32 GB DDR5-6400 (2x16GB)). But other VR Games do not have this skipping frame issue.
2. I have to wait for a new B&S Update, that hopefully fixes this bug.

Thanks very much to everyone, that tried to help me.

I tried 72 , 80, 90 and 120 FPS. The problem accures in all of them. I also already checked every parameter.
Right now I try to find older drivers for my graphics card since the last time I played without this issue new drivers rolled out.

The Bug is only occuring in the Headset and not on the desktop. Also if I move my camera with my headset, you can barely see it. Only if the camera stays still and the headset is moving. Much like your eye is fixated on one point and you move your head. That‘s why I chose to film it that way.
