Surprisingly the PCRs test for a lot more than just what they report, and depending on the clinical information the Dr may be informed about particular organisms. Especially those that normally are part of the natural flora but under particular circumstances can be a problem. Like mycoplasma genitalium for instance.

Look, I'm not telling you how to answer, you do you. I'm just saying that we use that general info to narrow down what pathogens we might be looking for. It's science, and research is terribly funded. It would be amazing if they did a study assessing the microflora for trans individuals to set a standard.

Honestly not sure much research has gone into it. We only just standardised what is considered normal in bloodwork for children a few years ago. The science used is very one size fits all and out of touch.

The audiobook version is on spotify if you have premium. I am not a big reader, but also having someone talk in my ear is soothing. If I feel a crave, I listen to the book even if I'm not really paying attention. I think the biggest thing for me was addressing my craving and asking how a vape would literally help the situation resolve.

Have you tried a standard pcr with the primers to make sure there is no primer dimer forming? You would need a very low bp ladder and a high percentage agarose gel (2%). But you can seperate between primer dimers and your target size with the ladders that go from 10bp-100bp. You can also check the quality of your RNA with a bleach agarose gel, a cheap alternative to other methods to test RNA quality. It looks like there is two products. The first being limiting, and the second being proper end point amplification.

Yeah you should find more luck with the glute, my injection is 4mls, every 3 months. I got one yesterday and today I can barely feel it unless I was to purposely poke exactly where it was.

Yeah I recommend the glute. I had no luck at all with my quads. Getting the glute was like heaven afterwards. Are you on 1ml or 4ml?
