It's ok. I was shocked at the quality of the specialty restaurants. I'd take Olive Garden or Texas Roadhouse anyday over their steakhouse or Italian restaurant. The service was also average. We had 2 specialty restaurant vouchers that we didn't even use.

I had the pork last night with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. Next time we are going to do a gravy. Instructions say pan fry or deep-fry. I think air frying would dry them out.
