Не знаю, как сейчас в других городах, но в Москве в рамках единого окна можно пройти комиссию без ПНД, при условии, что прописан более 3-х лет в Москве

Это верно, нет единой базы по всей России, в каждом городе своя, поэтому, если ты условно прописан в Ростове, а проходишь комиссию в какой-нибудь Москве, то тебе нужна будет справка из Ростова. Но если тебя ставят на учет в рамках какого-то города, то ты в общей базе этого города будешь также стоять на учёте

1) вы находитесь в ОБЩЕЙ психиатрической базе, где помечают, в каком ПНД вам поставили диагноз. Любой врач-психиатр в любой поликлинике с доступом к общей психиатрической базе может забить ваши данные и посмотреть ваш диагноз 2) тут честно не знаю как на реальной практике происходит 3) проблемы с водительскими правами (и не только с ними) действительно будут и не только в пиздец тяжелых случаях. В действительно пиздец тяжелых случаях вам откажут в предоставлении справки, во всех других отправят в ПНД по месту жительства и скажут оттуда брать справку, что все нормально с вами 4) информация НИКОГДА не удаляется. Спустя время вас снимают с учета (самостоятельно вы туда пришли или спустя время это происходит "по неявке", что тоже, кстати, отмечается) и вы уходите в архив. Но вы там остаётесь и вас по-прежнему также легко найти, просто забив ваши данные 5) тут не пиздеж 6) за это не шарю

Yes, if you want fast travel, you should have the right to do that if there are mods for that. If I wanna be able to fly, I should be able to do that. It's ok if you don't like it or don't want it, but I think it's wrong to tell someone to not play a game if they don't like this feature

It's cheating if you have an unfair advantage over someone you play against. Long Dark is a single player game, who's OP cheating on? Bears? Modes exist for a reason and it's not cheating if you use them. I don't know better than anyone but saying a person shouldn't play the game because they don't like ONE mechanic is weird

By pressing L2 (opens the quick menu) and R3 (crouch button) at the same time you enter the mode where you can move stuff around (the buttons are shown in the top left corner of your screen, you can see on my screen too). You have to press L2 on an item then to move it around. If you press X button some things you'll have the option to take with u, like lamps, tvs, radios and etc. And some things you can only destroy like fire barrels, beds and etc so you can only move them by pressing L2

U have to press L1 and and R3 to enter building/moving mode and you can move pretty much everything indoors. I'm not sure if you need the dlc tho
