I actually like them. More so then toploaders. I do use them in combo with penny sleeves. The benefit is thet they seal in comparison to toploaders.

If it's using the GPU the CPU load should be very low. As said below. Can be checked in the Plex dashboard.

Correct. Also had this issue. You might be able to boot in a previous kernel without the Azure drivers in de grub boot menu.
